About

I qualified as a Family solicitor in a top tier firm in London in 2010. I worked in the Family department there as an Associate Solicitor for several years before having my own family. I took a short career break to focus on bringing up my children and during that time completed my training in Family Mediation. Most recently I have worked more locally and with a local charity to provide advice to those most in need of access to justice. I decided to set up on my own during the Covid-19 lockdown as a Freelance solicitor with the aim of providing a service to those who do not want to compromise on the quality of advice, but cannot afford high private solicitor’s fees.

I have expertise in all aspects of relationship breakdown with a particular passion for assisting and advising vulnerable clients and victims of domestic abuse. These can be incredibly frightening times for some and it takes courage to take the necessary steps towards security and the freedom to live a life free of fear and control. I can guide you through this process and help you to achieve the best outcome possible for you and your children.

I have a personal, compassionate, empathetic approach to all of my clients. I listen to your needs and tailor my advice accordingly. Each family is unique and therefore each case is unique. I believe in a holistic approach in an attempt to alleviate stress. I will identify the best ways to achieve your goals at cost effective rates and will either support a conciliatory approach where possible or, if needed, will fight on your behalf to protect you, your children and / or your assets and secure what you are entitled to.  I am very aware of the emotional turmoil experienced by most clients during this time and I am dedicated to making sure that you feel confident of each step and have the emotional support and guidance that you need to feel empowered to walk through the change in your life.

Every case is different and personal so if you are looking for a caring individual who can really understand and emphasise on many levels to the challenges you are facing in your life at the moment, with the ability to guide you through to the other side with pragmatic, clear advice at an affordable rate, then you have found your way to the right place.

The relationship between you and your solicitor is of paramount importance and you have to feel it is the right fit, I therefore offer a 30 minute free, no obligation, telephone or face to face consultation. I have young children of my own and understand the challenges you may face juggling your time so I am happy to arrange meetings at times which work for you. Modern life requires flexibility and I offer that, so please do get in touch.

I work from an office in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells in Kent but I am happy to travel to meet you at a location convenient to you, or alternatively to meet virtually.
